24/7 Network Operations Center

The Network Operations Center monitors the network, switches, servers, hardware and services on the FreeBIX platform. We provide a Quality of Service to the customers of the paid service to meet our contractual Service Level Agreements by identifying and taking the appropriate actions with great care.

Our infrastructure is fully monitored and customers can contact the NOC via a trouble ticketing system or by phone. The FreeBIX staff members pay attention to detail and have excellent communication skills, written and verbal and are able to communicate professionally with customers at all levels.
